The audit is conducted in the format of interviews and surveys of key employees of the company, it assumes the presence of a Vimes Consulting consultant in your office and production facilities.
We study the current and historical export activities of the company, its strategic export goals, assess the company’s understanding of the target export markets and their specifics, work with the positioning of the company and/or product on the target export markets.
An audit includes the analysis of products or services that are exported, the study of the technical possibilities of developing new products or services. We pay attention to the certification of products, determine the need and the possibility to obtain additional permits.
The audit involves the analysis of the company’s export team activities, the assessment of the presence of the necessary expertise, the KPI of the export team and the dynamics of their implementation, the assessment the need of additional investments in the development of export activities.
Deliverables: A presentation with a detailed SWOT/TOWS analysis of client’s strengths and weaknesses in the context of export, with recommendations on how to adjust the product / service for export, as well as specific steps to optimize the work of the company’s export team.
