Vimes Consulting is a British company. We thoroughly know local business etiquette and peculiarities of negotiating with the UK companies. The search for customers / partners in the UK is carried out in stages:
Step 1. Preliminary analysis
At the initial stage, it is important to deepen into the specifics of the selected market and to obtain an initial information on which further work will be based.
Step 2. Selection of potential customers, creating a contact list
We identify the most interesting and promising companies and compile a list of the UK companies. We agree it with the client. After that, our British colleagues start to communicate with them.
Step 3. Negotiations
At this stage, our British office maintains active regular communication with decision makers in the companies the company is interested in and identifies an interest in working with your company. Our specialists conduct in-depth negotiations with the most interested contacts (including personal meetings if necessary).
Deliverables: a report-presentation on the work done, a list of companies interested in cooperation with detailed information about each of them and their intentions about cooperation. Recommendations consultants Vimes Consulting for further cooperation.
